What we collect
Brainiac Business is a tiny web-design business run by one person. We do not run user accounts, logins, or mailing lists. The only personal information we collect is what you send us yourself when you get in touch — for example, your name, phone number, email address, business details, and photos you share for your project. That is it.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to discuss your project, build your free preview, and deliver the work you paid for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, except where we have to — for example, registering your domain with the domain registrar (which we do in your name), or if the law requires it.
Messages and email
If you message us on WhatsApp at +1 672-866-0652 or email mhplaban@gmail.com, your messages live in those services' systems as well as ours. We do not delete your message history on request there, but we will delete anything we keep locally if you ask.
Analytics and tracking
We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or behavioural profiling on this site. If we ever add basic analytics (for example, to see which pages are visited), we will say so here in plain language.
How long we keep it
We keep project correspondence for as long as we might reasonably need it to support your website (for example, the 30-day defect-fix period and any follow-up work). After that, we delete it when you ask or when it is clearly no longer needed.
